GOBHI MANCHURIAN&3RD DAY


TODAY IS 3RD DAY OF BLOGGING MARATHON
This dish is not new and try by most of the bloggers.I choose starter and i try here gobhi Manchurian with little different ingredients or u can say in desi style.

Ingredients
gobhi floerts-15-20
all purpose flour-1/2 cup
corn flour-2tbsp
basean-1/2 cup
ginger-garlic paste-4tbsp
green chlli-4
garam masala 1/2 tsp
spring onion-1bunch
soya sauce-2tbsp
corn starch for Garvey-2tbsp
tomatoes puree-5tbsp\
coriander leaves
oil for fry

Method
Mix ginger garlic paste all the flours,1tbsp soya sauce ,salt,green chili paste and salt.Add water and make a smooth paste.Heat oil in a pan fry the gobhi florets.Keep aside.
Heat 2tbsp in a pan and saute ginger garlic and green chili paste for 2 minutes.Add spring onion and fry till transparent..Add tomato puree and fry for another 3-4 minutes.Add one cup of water with corn starch.
Add salt soya sauce,and gram masala when garvey thicken add gobhi pieces mix well.cover it and cook for 5 minutes on slow fire. switch off the flame and keep it as it is.When all water absorb it is ready to eat


garnish with coriander leaves
serve hot with sauce or green chutney
