SPROUTS WITH TWIST&2ND DAY OF BLOGGING MARATHON

This is 2nd day of Srivalli's blogging marthon

This dish is healthy and easy to cook very less time taking ,It is best eat as a starter.
Ingredients:
dahi-curd-100gm
methi chutney-2tbsp
sprouted moong dal-1cup
black eye beans 1/.4 cup
peas-4tbsp(optioal)
onion-1finely chopped
paneer3tbsp in small pieces
tomato-1chopped
potato2 oiled &chopped
sev-4tbsp
cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
salt to taste
hing-pinch
oil-2tsp

Method
steamed dal and beans and peas for two minutes.Mix onion potatoes tomato green chili salt and coriander leaves.

heat oil add zira(cumin seeds)cook till splutter add hing and remove from fire.Mix this oil to sprouted mixture.
To serve first put the mixture of dal in sering bowl .then pour the dahi on it.after that pour chutney on the
 top .


Sprinkle sev at the time of serving
Garnish with coriander leaves

TIP GREEN CHUTNEY CAN BE USED
