This recipe i saw on internet when i searching for starter dishes for the event. it is easy and no time taking taste is good !!

Method
heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds  coriander seeds when splutter add all the masalas and fry for 1 minute

then add potatoes and coriander leaves mix well and keep aside for cool.

Now take papad and wet in water and keep aside. (do not leave papad more than one minute in water.) after 2 minutes papad become soft

cut into halfs. make a samosa shape and fill with potato mixture and seal it with maida water.

Heat oil in kadie an deep fry samsa on slow fire it will not take much time to fry.drain and put on napkin so it absorb the oil.Its taste is superb and can be make in rolls.
Variation---it can be microwave with brushing oil on it if u do not want to fry.

  4. That's an interesting samosa. Would it not absorb a lot of oil if the papad is soaked in water?
